The Research Office maintains the institute's repository of white papers and patent accomplishments. Authors and inventors may deposit proven work. The office provides formatting, editing, and publishing support, and teaches authors how to publish — manuscript to book, finding to paper, invention to filing. Work of established merit is conferred a Certificate of Merit and a certificate in the field of the contribution, recorded permanently and publicly verifiable. A body of ten works of proven merit is honored at the doctoral level, or with a new higher category of credential now in development. This is not an honorary degree; it is conferred only for proven, reviewed work product.
